About

Peter Goodyear is Professor of Education and co-director of the CoCo research centre at the University of Sydney. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Australian Learning and Teaching Council and an Australian Research Council Laureate Fellow.

He has been carrying out research on technology-enhanced learning since the early 80s, and teaches educational design methodology. His latest books are Students' experiences of e-learning in higher education: the ecology of sustainable innovation,  (Routledge, with Rob Ellis) and Technology-enhanced learning: design patterns and pattern languages (Sense Publishers, with Simeon Retalis). He edits the journal Instructional Science.
